تقوم عمليات الإرجاع في المنصة على مجموعة من المعايير وفق البنود التالية:
تتم كتابة فترات إرجاع المنتج لكل منتج قابلٍ للإرجاع عند شرائه. لا يمكن أبدًا إرجاع المنتج الذي تم شراؤه خارج فترة الإرجاع المحددة.
Returns on the platform are based on a set of criteria according to the following items:
1- A new book will be sent back instead of the paper book that arrived damaged due to shipping.
2- The financial value is returned in the event that the paper book did not reach the user within a maximum period of 15 working days.
3- The sent book is returned and the book is sent again if the user receives a book other than the one he requested.
4- Refunds are not made for electronic or audio books for any reason.
Returnable products
Product return periods are written for each returnable product upon purchase. A product purchased outside the specified return period can never be returned.
Return conditions:
1. The book must not have been damaged in any way,
2. Do not use the book in a way that would damage its shape or color.
3. Return the book within the period specified by the seller or not to exceed 15 working days.
4. You can only request a return of the book by following the steps in the My Requests section of the website. Requests submitted through other communication channels will be deemed invalid.
5. Refund will be made within 5 to 15 business days after we receive the book.
6. Books that have not been torn, wet, ink spilled, etc. can be returned if not used.
Non-returnable products
1.Once orders are approved by the seller, the refund process cannot be initiated until the order reaches the customer.
2. If the purchased book contains a “non-refundable product” statement but does not match the specifications of the book on the site or has a defect, the customer can request a refund by submitting to the support requests section with the necessary explanations and pictures of the defects found in the book.
3. The designated shipping company will receive the refund as instructed by the support team at www.kitabialhadif.com, after approving the return request on the site.
4. Returns are not accepted for single-use products, which are products that are consumed quickly or are likely to expire.
5.If books arrive to us used, worn or washed, we may have to return them to you. In this case, no refund will be given.
6. The right of withdrawal cannot be used for goods or services whose prices change due to financial market fluctuations and are not subject to the seller’s control.
