سياسة المعلمين

تم انشاء هذه النسخة بشكل خاص للمعلمين لتكون وسيلة مساعدة لهم في أداء مهامهم التعليمية، وذلك من خلال إتاحة مشاركة الكتاب ضمن الحصص الدراسية عبر الإنترنت (أونلاين)، وبناءً عليه يُقِر المُدرس المستفيد من هذا الكتاب أنه:

  1. لن يقوم باستخدام أي صفحة من صفحات الكتاب أو أي جزء منها خارج نطاق التطبيق، ولن يحاول استخراجها منه.
  2. لن يقوم باستخدام أي مادة من المواد الداعمة للكتاب من صور أو فيديوهات أو صوتيات بشكل خارج إطار التطبيق، ولن يحاول استخراجها منه.
  3. لن يقوم بتداول الكتاب أو أي أجزاء منه أو أي متعلقات به خارج التطبيق عبر وسائل التواصل أو غيرها من الاستخدامات غير المصرح بها.
  4. لن يقوم بإعادة النشر بشكل مطبوع أو الكتروني (عبر أي منصة من منصات التواصل أو المواقع الإلكترونية).

وذلك التزاماً منا بحقوق النشر القانونية والشرعية، وحمايةً للملكية الفكرية للمؤلفين والناشرين، كما تم تزويد المنصة بنظام تعقب يتيح لنا اكتشاف أي محاولة انتهاك لسياسة الاستخدام والخصوصية ولحقوق الملكية الفكرية، وأي محاولة لذلك تعرّض صاحبها للمساءلة القانونية.

This copy was created especially for teachers to be a means of assistance for them in the performance of their educational tasks, by allowing the participation of the book in online classes, and accordingly the teacher who benefits from this book acknowledges that:

  1. He/She will not use any page of the book or any part of it outside the scope of the application and will not attempt to extract it from it.
  2. He/She will not use any of the materials supporting the book, such as images, videos, or audio, outside the framework of the application, and he will not attempt to extract them from it.
  3. He/She will not circulate the book, any parts of it, or any of its contents outside the application via social media or other unauthorized uses.
  4. It will not be republished in print or electronic form (via any communication platform or website).

This is in accordance with our commitment to legal and legitimate copyrights, and to protect the intellectual property of authors and publishers. The platform has also been provided with a tracking system that allows us to detect any attempt to violate the policy of use and privacy and intellectual property rights, and any attempt to do so exposes its owner to legal accountability.
