The Satisfying Book on Clarifying the Two Types of Lengthening

For the first time in six hundred years, this book gathers the two types of lengthening from forty-six books on the Qur'anic recitations, in terms of verification, correction, and clarification of adopted ways in Turuq Al-'Alf Al-Nashriyyah. It also clarifies what the authors of recitations books meant in lengthening terminologies, such as Al-Tamkin, Al-Ishba', Al-Batr and the expression of "the least people making lengthening". The book explains the measure adopted in calculating the types of lengthening and its relation with estimating them as alifs. It verifies and corrects what was narrated from Imam Hamzah regarding the discrepancy between the levels of the connected lengthening, which was being narrated along with the mistake for more than a thousand years. It quotes Imam Al-Jazary's words about the lengthening in twenty-seven places. The book also summarizes, in the conclusion, the length of each of the two types of lengthening in Turuq Al-'Alf Al-Nashriyyah.
