In his book AL-Shu'a'at (The Rays), the great scholar, Badi' Al-Zaman Saeed Al-Nawrasi gave glad tidings that a book on the interpretation of Al-Rahman Surah would be authored. He said, "May Allah the Al-Mighty support one of the Qur'an students to interpret Al-Rahman Surah and, consequently, settle this issue (God welling)." This book includes the most correct and the likeliest sayings of interpreters of the Holy Qur'an, especially those related to the interpretation of the meanings of the Holy Qur'an "Rasa'il Al-Nur". The book also tackles important issues and answers acute questions, which have been mentioned in the Al-Rahman Surah. The introduction of this book mentions some methodologies followed by the respected Companions, the greatest interpreters, and the scholars studying the aspects of the Holy Qur'an's miraculousness. In addition, the book interprets each verse of the said Surah in accordance with "Rasa'l Al-Nur" Book, and in light of these methodologies.
